About Me
I spent over 20 years researching human and animal diseases, working at both the Centers for Disease Control and the USDA. This work gave me deep understanding of the complexities of the human body, the immune system and the primary drivers of health and wellbeing.
I loved my time as a scientist, but felt disconnected from the people I was serving. I decided I wanted to use my experience and skills in a more personal way. My own struggles with a hormonal disorder and the difficulty in finding quality support ultimately led to becoming a Women’s Health and Wellness Coach.
Curiosity may have gotten the cat, but it hasn’t managed to take me out yet!
Being curious and non-judgmental has always come naturally to me. I have been accused many times of being a Devil’s Advocate (I even got an award). I LOVE looking at problems from many different angles and perspectives. My job is to help you make the changes YOU want to make, not to judge your choices. No shaming here.
