About Me
I spent over 20 years researching human and animal diseases, working at both the Centers for Disease Control and the US Department of Agriculture. This work gave me deep understanding of the complexities of the human body, the immune system and the primary drivers of health and wellbeing.
I loved my time as a scientist, but felt disconnected from the people I was serving. I decided I wanted to use my experience and skills in a more personal way. My own struggles with a hormonal disorder and the difficulty in finding quality support ultimately led to becoming a Women’s Health and Wellness Coach.
Now, I guide women towards managing stress and overwhelm. Working with them to create space and energy for what is most important.
